Bonefish Lodge on Exuma-Bahamas
Exuma has a long standing reputation for lots of bonefish, and it’s well deserved. Schools of
15 to 25 bones are sighted frequently, with schools numbering over 50 not out of the realm of possibility. Most bones will fall into the
two to four pound range, though five to eight pounders are not uncommon. Ten pound plus giants do cruise the flats as well, though they are not typically encountered on a daily basis. Exuma’s extensive network of flats are ideal for the angler who likes to wade, as well as those who prefer to stand on the casting deck of a skill. Highly trained, experienced guides have all graduated from a unique guiding school on the island. Bonefish Lodge provides excellent accommodations, including pool,
air-conditioned private rooms, and all the other comforts one should expect from a first class fishing lodge.
