Trout - Orchard Ranch Fly-fishing - Wyoming

For those who love small stream trout fishing, this is a superb, new destination. Fish any of three small streams flowing through a working cattle ranch outside of Casper, Wyoming. Two streams feature browns and rainbows that average 10 to 14", with the occasional fish over 18". The third stream is chock full of scrappy brookies. There are miles of easily waded water on each stream, with daily catches of 15 to 25 trout the expected norm. Beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife make this a splendid location. Accommodations are in a comfortable, safari style camp, with roomy, double occupancy tents, each with comfortable beds. The small size of the operation (4 to 6 anglers only) assures high quality service for each guest. Additional days of trout fishing on the Platte River, a superb tailwater fishery outside of Casper, can be added as desired.
